Restoration Project Tech Session

About a dozen of us attended this tech session in Jim Corbett's garage last Saturday. We were all very impressed by Jim's work to date restoring his mom's car, and I dare say she is very proud of him. She was there to see his handiwork and Jim explained how he has pulled this off, with very little automotive experience. Thanks Jim for sharing your journey, and providing coffee and treats (especially the Blackberry Crown Royal).

Look at all that open space! That garage needs about four more Austin Healeys in in it :)

Thanks for the memories!

This week a dozen hardy Healey owners in eight Big Healey's completed an amazing tour to Idaho and back, experiencing varied and beautiful landscapes from mountains to the Palouse. Organized and led by Lyman Bradley it included Tim and Linda Bartlett, Terry and Dee Brunner, Norm and Pam DuPuis, Pay Layhon, Doug Miller, Harry and Verna Orr, and Bruce and Nancy Taylor. We logged over 1,000 miles each with only one dead battery and no other mishaps between us. We survived heat, windy conditions and traffic to have a wonderful time and drive our cars on some of the best Healey roads in the state.

Hey, how come I'm not in the picture with my bottle of scotch! A GREAT TIME was had by all. Thanks Lyman for organizing.
