Cascade Club North - "Healeys Near Me"

What a great turnout yesterday as we tried the new Rustic bar & Grill in Lynden. We had 14 people, 4 Healeys and an MG, a good venue with good food and good service. Thanks to Bradleys, Brunners, Jacobsens, Jacksons, Pedersons, and Taylors for a fun time.

Mike and I made it to the show about an hour ealry and were near the end of 350 or so cars on Front St.

Paula and Dee joined us later for their famous ice cream and raspberries. Hopefully we can get a few more local Healey's next year.

just a heads up in case your weekend is free.  Some of us are putting our cars into two car shows:  The Razz and Shine Cruise In in Lynden on Saturday https://www.nwraspberryfestival.com/razz-and-shine and the Vitetnam Veterans of America in Bellingham https://vva165.org/index.php/car-show on Sunday, This is a great opportunity to show people our cars.

RazzFest is free, the cars are parked on Front St for several blocks, and it is in conjunction with 3 on 3 basketball games, music, vendors, good restaurants, and raspberries with Edaleen ice cream for a dollar.  It starts at 9am and ends at 3pm.  I try to get there before 8 to be within a few blocks of the festival.  If you can make it please let me know so we can park our Healeys together and we'll arrange to meet beforehand.  We can get breakfast in town if you want.  

The Veteran show is from 10am to 3pm…
