Once again Lyman has created an exciting and scenic tour for us. This time its an overnight in Lillooet: https://visitlillooet.ca/. Check out the website for more information about our destination.
We will meet in Sumas, WA at the closed IGA parking lot and leave at 9am to cross the border 2 blocks to the north, then its north to Canada HWY 1 and west to HWY 99 at 54 miles. We will have a pit stop at the Chevron station at exit 7 on HWY 1(Wentworth Ave), then stop for lunch in Whister at the Hunter Gather Restaurant, about 2.5 hours and 122 miles from Sumas. Then its on to Lillooet in another 2+ hours and 81 miles. We will be staying in the Retasket Hotel at 1264 Bouvette Rd, Lillooet, BC, Canada, V0K-1V0, phone no. 250-256-2090.
