NW Meet

We’ve tried to plan this meet as a fun, low-key event that lets you choose the ways to enjoy and get the most of this special Oregon coast location. At the meet you’ll find a variety of guided and self-guided tours to nearby cities like Astoria, as well as to various scenic locations and landmarks like Cannon Beach, the Astor Column and Lewis & Clark Fort.  Registration for the event is now available at the NW Meet on Austin Healey Club of Oregon website.    

You may book your room by calling the Oceanview Resort at 800-234-8439 and press 0.  Rates vary from $135 to $270/night.  As of Monday, 2/5, there are still 29 rooms available at the group rate.  The rates are locked in until August 16th, 2024.  There are six different room types with six different rates depending on views and room size.  The Best Western Hotel will release additional rooms at the group rate if needed and if available.  The best bet is to contact the hotel, indicate you want the Austin Healey Club of Oregon, NW Meet rate, before August 16th, 2024.  The earlier you register for the hotel room, the better.  There is a flyer with more room information at the NW Meet website.
