About
Harry R. Orr passed away on July 17th this year. He was born in Whakatane, New Zealand on January 3, 1943. His goal was to become a US citizen. He became a diesel mechancic and worked on Mega Yachts. His first and best love was his lovely wife Verna. He also loved boating on his 42' Sports Fisherman, dropping anchor and catching crabs. And he loved his Colorado Red 1967 Austin Healey 3000. His most fun was riding the winding roads with his Healey buddies on tours and enjoying a cold brew afterwards.
He was a longtime member of the Cascade Austin Healey Club and a dear friend to many of us. He was very knowledgeable about Healeys, quick to offer assistance and problem solve anything mechnical, a joy to be around, and he will be sorely missed.
