All British Weekend Fun! The Portland All British Field Meet is delighted to announce that ourspecial guest and keynote speaker for this 46th annual event is Tim Hensley, winner of the 1993 Camel Trophy.
The weekend kicks off with the Friday Afternoon Great Adventure Tour to Portland International Raceway followed by a Friday Night Welcome Party. Saturday Car Show, Guided Walking Tours, Giant Slalom competition, People’s Choice balloting, LIVE Musical Performances, Slot Car Racing, Arts Display Contest, Scavenger Hunt for the Kiddos, Best in Show designation, and Land Rover Adventure Rides. Saturday’s Events Culminate with an Awards Presentation and Banquet with Tim Hensley. Sunday’s activities include a HUGE swap meet, Columbia River Classic Vintage Racing, and Britsh Cars competing in the Giant Slalom.
The event is located at West Delta Park, south of the Columbia River off I-5. Take exit 306B to the stop sign. Go West to PIR. The cost for “General Admission” at the gate is $10 on both Saturday and Sunday. Children under 18 are FREE when accompanied by an adult.
